For Patients

What To Bring To your First Appointment?
When preparing for your first visit to MNIOncology, please bring any scans, lab results, or notes from previous medical visits related to your diagnosis. A list of any chronic medications you are taking is also important. You are welcome to attend with a supportive loved one. This helps your oncologist inPretoria, Centurion, and Midrand gain a full understanding of your health.
Medical Aid
Details needed from your medical aid include: your medical aid name, who is the main member, which option you are on, and the membership number. Bring your membership card as well as your identity document; this helps with authorisation checks and submission of your treatment plan to your medical aid.
CANSA
If you have recently been diagnosed with cancer, or have a family member diagnosed, CANSA is committed to connecting people facing cancer with the information, day-to-day help, and emotional support they need in the communities where they live.
